DECLARATION
of 20 September 2013
amending Decree No. 286 / 2012 Coll., on the external marking, badges, service uniforms and the special colour and marking of service vehicles of the customs administration
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 14 (4) of Act No. 17 / 2012 Coll., on the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic:
Decree No. 286 / 2012 Coll., on the external marking, badges, service uniforms and the special colour and marking of service vehicles of the customs administration, is amended as follows:
1. in § 2 (2) (a), § 4 (1) and § 6 (1), "97" is replaced by "12."
2. Paragraph 2 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The basic composition of the service uniform 12, the accessories of the service uniform 12 and the accessories of the service uniform 12 for festive purposes are set out in Annex 1."
3. In Article 5 (1), the words "and uniform buttons' are replaced by the words", uniform buttons, decorative strings for festive purposes and woven belts with a buckle for festive purposes'.
4. In Article 5, the word "Next 'shall be inserted at the beginning of paragraph 2 and the words" may constitute a character' shall be replaced by the words "may be a character '.
5. In Paragraph 8, the following paragraph 2 is inserted after paragraph 1:
"(2) The rating is made of pickled metal. From the rank mark to the rank mark, the commander-in-chief is in the silver version, from the rank mark to the rank mark, the lieutenant-general is in the golden version."
Paragraph 2 shall become paragraph 3.
6. In Paragraph 8 (3), the words "the strap, placed on the left sleeve above the sleeve, with a point downward," are replaced by the words "the shoulder."
7. Annexes 1 and 2 shall read as follows:

Basic composition of the service uniform 12 and its accessories
Basic composition of the uniform
The basic composition of the Staff Union12 shall consist of the following components:
(a) dark blue hat with label (dark blue hat for women),
(b) dark blue jacket,
(c) dark blue jacket for waist,
(d) grey trousers (for women also grey skirts),
(e) a light blue shirt with a long sleeve (in women, a light blue blouse with a long sleeve),
f) light blue shirt with short sleeve (light blue blouse with short sleeve in women),
g) dark blue tie (dark blue tie in women),
(h) black cotton-type socks (for women, polyamide socks and dark stocking pants); and
(i) black shoes (black boats in women).
Service uniform supplements 12
The following components shall be made up of additional Staff Union12:
(a) dark blue winter hat,
(b) dark blue cap boat,
(c) dark blue jacket,
(d) dark blue coat,
(e) dark blue warm pants,
(f) dark blue textile vest,
(g) dark blue sweater,
(h) black moccasins;
(i) black boots,
(j) black ankle shoes,
(k) black canads;
(l) black winter gloves,
(m) summer black gloves,
(n) scarf,
(o) black leather belt,
(p) black wool-type socks,
q) tie buckle,
(r) quality labels;
(s) decorative cords for festive purposes,
t) woven belt with a buckle for festive purposes; and
(u) long-sleeved white shirt (long-sleeved white blouse in women) for festive purposes.
Service uniform supplements 12 for the rank of Brigadier General, Major General or Lieutenant General
The following components shall be added to the Staff Uniform 12 for the rank designation of Brigadier General, Major General or Lieutenant General:
(a) a dark blue hat with a label embroidered with lime branches,
(b) a dark blue jacket with embroidered lip branches on its lapels, and
(c) grey pants with a wide dark blue lamp.

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 2014.
