of 11 November 2010
amending Decree of the Ministry of Interior No. 388 / 2002 Coll., on the determination of administrative districts of municipalities with entrusted municipal office and administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, as amended, and Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., on the determination of the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended
The Ministry of the Interior provides, pursuant to Article 3 of Act No. 314 / 2002 Coll., on the establishment of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority and on the establishment of municipalities with extended competence, and under Article 1a (3) of Act No. 36 / 1960 Coll., on the territorial breakdown of the State, as amended by Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll.:
Amendment of Decree No 388 / 2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority and administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, as amended
Decree No. 388 / 2002 Coll., on the establishment of administrative districts of municipalities with entrusted municipal authority and administrative districts of municipalities with extended scope, as amended by Decree No. 388 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 361 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 445 / 2008 Coll. and Decree No. 486 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In § 5 in the administrative district of the village with the entrusted municipal office Česká Lípa, after the word "Bohatika" the word "Častolovice" is deleted.
2. In Section 6, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Nová Jicin, the word "Libhost 'is added after the word" Kunín'.
3. In Section 8, in the administrative district of the municipality with the municipal authority of Pardubice, the word "Hostovice 'is deleted after the word" Dubany'.
4. In § 8 in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office Vysoké Mýto, the word "Domoradice" is deleted after the words "České Hřemice."
5. In § 9, the words "Lhota, Malesice 'shall be deleted after the word" Kyšice' in the administrative district of the municipality with the municipal authority of Plzeň.
6. In Section 10, in the administrative district of Beroun, the word "Zagerany 'shall be deleted after the words" Rear Treban'.
7. In Section 11, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Duchcov, the word "Lahošt 'is replaced by" Lahošt'.
8. In Section 12, in the administrative district of the municipality with the entrusted municipal office of Svělá nad Sázavou, the words "Upper View 'are replaced by the words" Behold'.
9. In § 18 in the administrative district of the village with extended scope Česká Lípa, after the word "Brniště" the word "Častolovice" is deleted.
10. In § 19, in the administrative district of the municipality with the extended scope of Nová Jičín, the word "Libhost 'is added after the word" Kunín'.
11. In § 21, in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Pardubice, the word "Hostovice" is deleted after the word "Dubany."
12. In § 21 in the administrative district of the village with extended scope Vysoké Mýto, the word "Domoradice" is deleted after the word "Dobříkov."
13. In § 22, the word "Lhota 'is deleted after the word" Letkov' in the administrative district of Pilsen.
14. In § 22, in the administrative district of the municipality with the extended scope of Plzeň, the word ', Malesice' is deleted after the word "Losina '.
15. In § 23, in the administrative district of Beroun, after the words "Rear Třebán," the word "Zagerany."
16. In § 24 in the administrative district of Teplice, the word "Lahošt 'is replaced by the word" Lahošt'.
17. In Section 25, in the administrative district of the municipality with the extended scope of the Light above Sázavou, the words "Upper Behold 'are replaced by the words" Behold'.
Amendment of Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., on determining the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended
Annex No. 1 to Decree No. 564 / 2002 Coll., establishing the territory of the districts of the Czech Republic and the territory of the districts of the capital city of Prague, as amended by Decree No. 623 / 2004 Coll., Decree No. 361 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 513 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 445 / 2008 Coll. and Decree No. 486 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the district of Nová Jicin, the word "Libhost" is inserted after the word "Kunín."
2. In Teplice, the word "Lahošt 'is replaced by" Lahoště'.
EFFECTIVE
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2011.
