GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 December 1995
amending Decree No 270 / 1994 Coll., laying down a transitional period for the performance of the function of founder of state enterprises by the district authorities
The Government orders pursuant to § 19 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 425 / 1990 Coll., on the District Offices, the modification of their responsibilities and on certain other measures related thereto, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 321 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 254 / 1994 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 270 / 1994 Coll., establishing a transitional period for the performance of the function of founder of state-owned enterprises by the county authorities, is hereby amended as follows:
In Paragraph 1, at the end of the sentence, "31 December 1995 'is replaced by" 31 December 1996'; where the State firm is in liquidation at that date, the district office shall act as its founder by the date of the deletion of the State firm from the Commercial Register '.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 December 1995.
