THE LAW
of 7 December 1993
amending the Act of the Czech National Council No. 527 / 1992 Coll., on the Security Information Service of the Czech Republic
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act of the Czech National Council No. 527 / 1992 Coll., on the Security Information Service of the Czech Republic, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 17 (1), the word "Prosecutor 'is replaced by" Supreme Court'.
2. In Section 18, the word "Prosecutor 'and the word" Prosecutor' are replaced by "Supreme Court 'and" Supreme Court'.
3. Article 19 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The President of the Chamber of the Supreme Court shall be authorised."
4. In Articles 19 (3) and 20 (1), the word "Prosecutor 'shall be replaced by the words" President of the Senate of the Supreme Court'.
5. In Article 20 (2), the word "prosecutor 'is replaced by" President of the Senate of the Supreme Court'.
6. In the second sentence of Paragraph 161, "31 December 1993 'is replaced by" 31 July 1994'.
This Law shall take effect on 30 December 1993.
