Energy Regulatory Authority

on pricing decisions
The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in the Field of Prices, as amended, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Conditions of Business and the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector, and on the amendment of certain laws (Energy Act No. 300 / 2022 Sb., on the determination of the values of the Inter., as amended by Act No. 20 / 1990 Sb., on the Act No. 165 / 2012 Sb., on the Amendments to the Act No. 23 of the Law on the Energy, and the Law No. 23 of the Law on the Law on the Law on the Protection of Energy.
In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 2 / 2023 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 27 September 2023, in the amount 4, and in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 27 September 2023 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 3 / 2023, in the amount 5. The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. The activities shall be acquired by Price Decisions No 2 / 2023 and No 3 / 2023 on 1 January 2024.
