DECLARATION
of 7 July 2020
amending Decree No 378 / 2010 Coll., establishing a species list of grown plants, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Article 3 (14) (e) of Act No. 219 / 2003 Coll., on the putting into circulation of seeds and propagating plants and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the circulation of seeds and seed), as amended by Act No. 178 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 96 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 300 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 331 / 2010 Coll. and Act No. 295 / 2017 Coll.:
Regulation No 378 / 2010 Coll., on the establishment of a species list of grown plants, as amended by Decree No 42 / 2014 Coll. and Decree No 3 / 2018 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In footnote 1, the entries "Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2019 / 990 of 17 June 2019 amending the list of genera and species referred to in Article 2 (1) (b) of Council Directive 2002 / 55 / EC, Annex II to Council Directive 2008 / 72 / EC and the Annex to Commission Directive 93 / 61 / EEC are added to separate rows. Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2020 / 432 of 23 March 2020 amending Council Directive 2002 / 55 / EC as regards the definition of vegetables and the list of genera and species in Article 2 (1) (b). ';
2. In point 1.2.2 of the Annex, the words "Vichenec 'are replaced by the words" Vichenec ligrus'.
3. In point 1.3 of the Annex, the word "poppy 'is replaced by" poppy'.
4. In the Annex, point 4, including the title:

5. In the Annex, in the title of point 5, the words "(intended for fruit production) 'shall be added after the words" Species and species' and the sentence "Species and inter-species hybrids used as rootstocks of fruit species' shall be added at the end of point 5.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 July 2020.
