GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 December 1995
amending and supplementing the Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 475 / 1990 Coll.
The government orders according to § 60 paragraph 1 of the Czech National Council Act No. 367 / 1990 Coll., on Municipality (municipal establishment):
Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 475 / 1990 Coll., which designates the municipal authorities responsible, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, the list of entrusted municipal authorities in the counties of Kolín, Nymburk, Louny, Bruntal and Šumperk shall be read as follows:
"Kolín County:
Český Brod, Cologne, Kostelec nad Black Forests, Smoking, Píčky;
Nymburk county:
Lysá nad Labem, the City of the Kings, Nymburk, Podebrady, the Sada;
Louna County:
Louny, Podborians, Postoloprty, Žatec;
Bruntal County:
Bruntal, Upper Benešov, City of Albrechtice, Moravian Beroun, Krnov, Rýmařov, Vrbno pod Pradad;
Šumperk district:
Hanušovice, Mohelnice, Šumperk, Zábřeh; '
2. In Annex 1, the following list of municipal authorities in the county of Frýdek-Místek is inserted after the list of municipal authorities in the county of Jeseník:
"Jesenik County:
Maple, Jeseník, Golden Mountain; '
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1996.
