amending Government Regulation No 29 / 2016 Coll., on the conditions for granting subsidies under forestry, environmental and climate services and forest protection measures and amending certain related government regulations, as amended, and other related government regulations
The Government orders pursuant to § 2c (5) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll., and pursuant to § 1 (3) of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll. as amended by Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll.:
Amendment of the Government Regulation on the conditions for granting subsidies under forestry, environmental, climate and forest protection measures
Government Regulation No 29 / 2016 Coll., on the conditions for granting subsidies under forestry and climate services and forest protection measures and amending certain related government regulations, as amended by Government Regulation No 36 / 2017 Coll. and Government Regulation No 49 / 2017 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 3 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The application for inclusion shall be submitted by the applicant to the Fund on the form issued by the Fund by 15 May of the first year of the commitment at the latest. ';
2. In Section 4 (2) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "plan or outline 'are replaced by the words" forestry plan or forestry scheme (3) (hereinafter referred to as "plan or outline') '.
3. in Article 8 (2) (a), "Article 11 (10)" is replaced by "Article 11 (9)."
4. the Annex shall read as follows:

Transitional provision
The procedure for applications for grants initiated pursuant to Government Regulation No 29 / 2016 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall be completed pursuant to Government Regulation No 29 / 2016 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Amendment of the Government Regulation on the conditions for granting subsidies for the conservation of the forest-based economic population under the Natura 2000 measure in forests
In Section 5 (c) of Government Decree No. 147 / 2008 Coll., laying down the conditions for the grant of subsidies for the conservation of the economic population of forest land under the Natura 2000 measure in the forests, as amended by Decree No. 51 / 2009 Coll. and Decree No. 36 / 2017 Coll., the text "§ 7a (10) 'is replaced by" § 7a (9)'.
Transitional provision
Proceedings on applications for grants initiated under Government Regulation No. 147 / 2008 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall be completed under Government Regulation No. 147 / 2008 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Amendment of the Government Regulation on the conditions for granting subsidies on forestry-environmental measures
Government Regulation No. 53 / 2009 Coll., on determining the conditions for granting subsidies to forestry environmental measures, as amended by Government Regulation No. 83 / 2009 Coll., Government Regulation No. 480 / 2009 Coll., Government Regulation No. 369 / 2010 Coll., Government Regulation No. 108 / 2012 Coll., Government Regulation No. 448 / 2012 Coll., Government Regulation No. 75 / 2013 Coll., Government Regulation No. 400 / 2013 Coll., Government Regulation No. 29 / 2014 Coll., Government Regulation No. 308 / 2014 Coll., Government Regulation No. 113 / 2015 Coll., Government Regulation No. 29 / 2016 Coll., Government Regulation No. 36 / 2017 Coll., Government Regulation No. 49 / 2017 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 8 (1) is deleted.
Paragraphs 2 to 11 shall be renumbered paragraphs 1 to 10.
2. In Paragraph 8 (1), the words "except for the reduction notified within the time limit referred to in paragraph 1 'are deleted.
3. In Article 8 (4), "§ 7 (2) to (10) and § 8 (4) and (6) 'is replaced by" paragraphs 3 and 5 and § 7 (2) to (10)';
4. In Article 8 (5), "paragraph 5 'is replaced by" paragraph 4';
5. In Paragraph 8 (7), "paragraph 7 'is replaced by" paragraph 6';
6. In Paragraph 8 (8), "paragraph 4 'is replaced by" paragraph 3';
7. In Paragraph 8 (9), "paragraph 7 'is replaced by" paragraph 6';
8. In Paragraph 8 (10), "paragraphs 1 and 7 'are replaced by" paragraphs 3 and 6' and "paragraph 1 'is replaced by" paragraph 3'.
9. in Articles 9 (2), 9 (4) and 10 (2), the words "or 2" shall be deleted;
Transitional provision
The procedure for applications for grants initiated pursuant to Government Regulation No. 53 / 2009 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall be completed pursuant to Government Regulation No. 53 / 2009 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2017.
