THE LAW
of 5 September 2012
amending Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

1. In Article 29 (4), the words "or retirement age, if the retirement age is more than 65 years old," shall be inserted after the words "65 years old."
2. In the last sentence of Paragraph 55 (2), the word 'fifth' is replaced by 'sixth'.
3. In Section 67 (6), the sentence "In order to increase the percentage rate of pensions paid in the period from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2015, only one third of the percentage increase of the consumer price index shall be used to determine price increases in accordance with the first sentence. '
4. In Paragraph 105a, the following paragraph 5 is added:
"(5) The provisions of paragraphs 1 to 4 shall apply to officials or other servants of the institutions referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 only if they are institutions provided for by the Government in the Regulation. ';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
