DECLARATION
of 8 November 2010
amending Decree No. 108 / 1997 Coll., implementing Act No. 49 / 1997 Coll., on Civil Aviation and amending and supplementing Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Act), as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to Section 102 (1) of Act No. 49 / 1997 Coll., on Civil Aviation and on the amendment and amendment of Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Commercial Business (Trade Trade Act), as amended, as amended, as amended by Act No. 146 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 258 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 225 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 301 / 2009 Coll.:
In § 24 of Decree No. 108 / 1997 Coll., implementing Act No. 49 / 1997 Coll., on Civil Aviation and amending and supplementing Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Business Business (Trade Trade Act), as amended, as amended, as amended, as amended, as amended by Decree No. 101 / 1999 Coll. and Decree No. 359 / 2006 Coll., paragraph 5 reads:
"(5) An ultra-light aeroplane is an aeroplane designed for up to two persons whose fall speed, if controlled
(a) by shifting the centre of gravity of the pilot, not exceeding 65 km / h and not exceeding 450 kg maximum take-off mass;
(b) by aerodynamic means, not exceeding 65 km / h and not exceeding 450 kg maximum take-off mass; or
(c) aerodynamic means, not exceeding 75 km / h and the minimum payload shall be at least 250 kg for a maximum take-off mass not exceeding 600 kg, the aeroplane being largely built without a commercial objective by an amateur builder or a legal person associated with an amateur builder. ';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
