THE LAW
of 29 April 2004
on the acceptance of loans from the European Investment Bank to finance the construction of a road circuit around the capital of Prague, part of the south-west
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
(1) The Czech Republic is entitled to receive loans from the European Investment Bank to finance the construction of a road circuit around the capital of Prague, part of the southwest, totalling EUR 310 000 000. Each loan shall be payable within 25 years of the date of signature of the relevant credit agreement, but no later than 31 December 2030.
(2) The road circuit around the capital of Prague, part of the southwest, consists of motorway and road sections
(a) SO - 513 Vestec - Lahovice,
b) SO - 514 Lahovice - Slivenec
(c) II / 101 Jesenice bypass.
(3) The credit agreements referred to in paragraph 1 will be negotiated and concluded on behalf of the Czech Republic by the Minister for Finance.
The appropriations received by the loans referred to in Paragraph 1 (1) may exceed the total expenditure of the State budget approved by the State Budget Act in the financial year in which the funds thus obtained are used. This overrun shall be amended in the relevant financial year by the balance of the State budget and the corresponding appropriations.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
