DECLARATION
Ministry of Defence
of 10 December 1998
amending Decree No. 7 / 1996 of the Ministry of Defence Coll., on the monetary and legal formalities of active duty soldiers and non-military school pupils, as amended by Decree No. 310 / 1996 Coll.
According to § 11 of Act No. 480 / 1992 Coll., on the physical security of soldiers and pupils of the armed forces schools and their liability for damage, as amended by Act No. 161 / 1995 Coll.:
Decree No. 7 / 1996 Coll., on the monetary and legal formalities of active duty soldiers and non-military school pupils, as amended by Decree No. 310 / 1996 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (1), including footnote 1):
"(1) Soldiers in the basic (replacement) service (hereinafter referred to as" soldiers in the basic service ") belong to the service according to the military ratings achieved (1) in the following monthly amounts:

| svobodník | 500 Kč, |
| desátník | 650 Kč, |
| četař | 700 Kč, |
| rotný | 750 Kč, |
| rotmistr | 800 Kč, |
| podporučík | 900 Kč.“. |
1) § 4 (a) to (d) of Act No. 76 / 1959 Coll., on certain service conditions of soldiers, as amended by Act No. 228 / 1991 Coll.
2. in Paragraph 2 (1) (a), the amount "400 CZK" is replaced by "500 CZK."
3. In Paragraph 2 (1) (b), the amount "500 CZK" is replaced by "600 CZK."
4. In Paragraph 2 (1) (c), "CZK 600 'is replaced by" CZK 700'.
5. In Paragraph 2 (2), the amount "300 CZK 'is replaced by" 400 CZK'.
6. In Paragraph 3 (1), "100 CZK 'is replaced by" 150 CZK' and "300 CZK 'is replaced by" 400 CZK'.
7. In Paragraph 3 (2) (a) (1), "CZK 200" is replaced by "CZK 300."
8. in § 3 (2) (a) (2), "CZK 350" is replaced by "CZK 500";
9. In § 3 (2) (a) (3), "CZK 500" is replaced by "CZK 600."
10. in § 3 (2) (b), the amount "30 CZK" is replaced by "50 CZK."
11. in § 3 (2) (c), the amount "500 CZK" is replaced by "600 CZK."
12. in Article 5 (2):
"(2) Soldiers called from an advance in the categories of ensign, officer and general belong to the service according to the military rank in the following monthly amounts:

13. In Paragraph 6 (1), "CZK 200" is replaced by "CZK 250."
14. In Paragraph 6 (1) (a), "CZK 300" is replaced by "CZK 350."
15. In Paragraph 6 (1) (b), "CZK 350" is replaced by "CZK 450."
16. In Paragraph 7 (2) (a) (1), the amount "300 CZK" is replaced by "400 CZK."
17. In Paragraph 7 (2) (a) (2), "400 CZK" is replaced by "500 CZK."
18. in § 7 (2) (b) (1), the amount "200 CZK" is replaced by "300 CZK."
19. In Paragraph 7 (2) (b) (2), "CZK 350" is replaced by "CZK 500."
20. In § 7 (2) (b) (3), the amount "500 CZK" is replaced by "600 CZK."
21. In Paragraph 7 (2) (c) (1), "CZK 200" is replaced by "CZK 300."
22. in § 7 (2) (c) (2), "300 CZK" is replaced by "500 CZK."
23. In § 7 (2) (d), the amount "500 CZK" is replaced by "600 CZK."

25. In Paragraph 8 (1) (a), the amount "1 000 CZK" is replaced by "1 200 CZK."
26. in § 8 (1) (b), the amount "800 CZK" is replaced by "1000 CZK."
27. in § 8 (1) (c), the amount "600 CZK" is replaced by "800 CZK."
28. In Paragraph 8 (1) (d), the amount "300 CZK" is replaced by "400 CZK."
29. In Paragraph 8 (1) (e), the amount "100 CZK" is replaced by "150 CZK."
30. In Paragraph 9 (1), the amount "CZK 1 000" is replaced by "CZK 1 200," the amount "CZK 1 200" is replaced by "CZK 1 400," the amount "CZK 1 400" is replaced by "CZK 1 600" and the amount "CZK 1 600" is replaced by "CZK 1 800."
31. In Paragraph 9 (4) (a) (1), "300 CZK" is replaced by "400 CZK."
32. In Paragraph 9 (4) (a) (2), "400 CZK" is replaced by "500 CZK."
33. In Paragraph 9 (4) (b) (1), "CZK 200" is replaced by "CZK 300."
34. in Paragraph 9 (4) (b) (2), the amount "CZK 350" is replaced by "CZK 500";
35. in § 9 (4) (b) (3), the amount "500 CZK" is replaced by "600 CZK."
36. In Paragraph 9 (4) (c), "CZK 500" is replaced by "CZK 600."
37. in Paragraph 9 (4), the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of point (c) and the following point (d) is added:
"(d) in the course of training with explosives or under-water training in which it is necessary to use a diving device, 50 CZK per hour; the total period shall be determined by the sum of each period per calendar month, the period exceeding 30 minutes being counted as an entire hour. ';
38. In Paragraph 9 (5) (a), the amount "CZK 1 000" is replaced by "CZK 1 200."
39. In Paragraph 9 (5) (b), "800 CZK" is replaced by "1000 CZK."
40. In Paragraph 9 (5) (c), "CZK 600" is replaced by "CZK 800."
41. In Paragraph 9 (5) (d), "CZK 300" is replaced by "CZK 400."
42. In Paragraph 9 (6), the amount "CZK 1,000" is replaced by "CZK 1,200."
43. In the first sentence of Paragraph 10 (1), the words "and the special supplement provided for in the special Regulation (12)" shall be deleted.
44. In Paragraph 14, the amount "CZK 30,000 'is replaced by" CZK 40,000'.
45. In Paragraph 29 (1) (a), the amount "CZK 2,000" is replaced by "CZK 2,400."
46. in Paragraph 29 (1) (b), the amount "CZK 2,000" is replaced by "CZK 2,400."
47. In Paragraph 29 (1) (c), the amount "CZK 2,000" is replaced by "CZK 2,400."
48. In Paragraph 29 (1) (d), the amount "CZK 1 000" is replaced by "CZK 1 200."
49. in Paragraph 32 (2):
"(2) Where foreign business trips last less than 12 hours in a calendar day or overall, they shall be payable in foreign currency at half the daily rate referred to in paragraph 1. ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1999.
