DECLARATION
Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
of 3 December 1997
amending Decree No. 315 / 1991 of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic Coll., on the financial and material security of pupils of secondary vocational schools, special secondary vocational schools, vocational schools and schools, as amended
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 24 (3) of Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary Schools, Secondary Schools and Higher Vocational Schools (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll., and § 13 (l) of Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education:
The Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 315 / 1991 Coll., on the financial and material security of pupils of secondary vocational schools, special secondary vocational schools, vocational schools and schools, as amended by Decree No. 219 / 1993 Coll. and Decree No. 162 / 1995 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2, including footnote 1, reads as follows:
(1) Where pupils undertake vocational training in productive activities in accordance with the curriculum and curriculum, they shall be remunerated in a range of 40 to 150% of the minimum wage of a young worker. 1) The amount of the monthly remuneration is determined according to the quality and results of the student's productive activity, taking into account the overall assessment of its benefits and behaviour.
(2) Pupils who, under the conditions laid down in the curriculum, perform vocational training in a difficult or healthy environment or for the purpose of organising teaching, perform vocational training with the agreement of the school director, exceptionally on a Saturday or Sunday or during the afternoon shift, shall be entitled to the allowances payable to the staff.
1) Paragraph 2 (1) (c) of Decree of the Government No 303 / 1995 Coll., on minimum wage. '
2. In Paragraph 4 (2), the words "after deduction of the amount of CZK 2,60 for lunch and CZK 1,70 for dinner are deleted at the end of the second sentence."
3. Article 4 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The cost of preparing the diet shall be borne by the organisation for which the pupil is preparing, by the citizen who has set up the workplace of practical training, or by the competent authority responsible for the costs of preparing the pupils who are not preparing for any organisation. ';
4. Article 5 (a) and (b) read as follows:
"(a) 800 - 1200 CZK per month if the youth home is equipped with central heating, hot water, bathroom or shower, own dining room in or near the youth home building and bedrooms with a capacity of up to three pupils,
(b) 500 - 800 CZK per month if the youth home does not meet any of the requirements referred to in (a). "
5. The Annex to Decree No. 315 / 1991 Coll. reads:

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1998.
