laying down the territorial scope of the Regional Veterinary Administration in Šumperk
whether or not for the district district of Jeseník
The Ministry of Agriculture pursuant to § 8 paragraph 2 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 108 / 1987 Coll., on the jurisdiction of veterinary care bodies of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by the statutory measure of the Bureau of the Czech National Council No. 25 / 1991 Coll., Act of the Czech National Council No. 437 / 1991 Coll., the statutory measure of the Bureau of the Czech National Council No. 348 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 112 / 1994 Coll., provides:
The district veterinary administration in Šumperk also exercises its competence for the territorial district of Jeseník.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1996.
