This is OD 00043. Care is provided on the basis of a psychiatric indication.
Obligatory content are the activities of staff in the care of patients with mental illness, organisational activities of managers:
1. Community - daily 30 minutes (equivalent to the performance of psychotherapy group, type III - community, when all patients and staff of daily stationary, mapping the course of the previous day, setting up individual and group activities according to patient status).
2. Psychiatric rounds, individual interviews with a psychiatrist and, where necessary, medication modification - every day a psychiatrist (L3), corresponds to the content of the performance check examination (performance No 35023) or targeted examination (performance No 35022), depending on the patient's condition.
Activities to stabilise, maintain or restore daily mode:
1. Group psychotherapy (frequency 8 times a month) - under the guidance of a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist with complete psychotherapeutic qualifications, corresponds to the performance 35610, includes various psychotherapeutic approaches. Most often contains cognitive - behavioral therapy, elements of dynamic psychotherapy, elements of imaginary psychotherapy, relaxation activities, communication therapy, education, further psychodrama, artetherapy, music therapy, psychogymnastics.
2. Individual psychotherapy - the frequency is set individually for each patient according to his or her health condition and needs, under the guidance of a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist with complete psychotherapeutic qualifications, corresponds to the performance no. 35520, includes various psychotherapeutic approaches, most often an eclectic approach using different therapeutic approaches (cognitive-behavioral therapy, dynamic psychotherapy elements, imaginary psychotherapy elements, and more). If necessary, psychotherapeutic work with family (family therapy) is also carried out.
3. Supporting therapeutic activities (frequency 15 times a month) - includes group training of cognitive functions, training in the field of the correct lifestyle, day planning, training of communication skills, training of anger management and deescalation, exposure therapy, training of relaxation techniques - performed by a nurse for psychiatric care, corresponding to performance 35817.
4. Psychiatric rehabilitation - individual training in mental impairment of impaired functions such as communication skills, techniques aimed at managing normal situations, stress management, support in the care of your own somatic condition, integration into normal life, support in the use of medication, in the framework of psychiatric rehabilitation can be created a crisis plan in case of worsening of mental condition. Carried out by the nurse for psychiatric care, corresponding to performance 35815.
5. Education (frequency 2 times a week) - performed by a nurse for psychiatric care, corresponds to the performance 35823.
The programme is adapted to the current composition of patients in the stationary, their health and individual needs.
The doctor's vision is daily, the next program is variable over the week, contains the above elements so that care is provided for 6 hours and corresponds to the patient's health and potential. Staying in an open day stationary with psychiatric care is within days to weeks, should not exceed 3 months. In individual cases, OD 00043 may be reported longer after approval by the health insurance company.
No other exercise of competence 305, 306, 309, 901, 910, 911, 914 and 999 (excluding power No 09561) may be declared on the insured person's birth number on the date on which the care declared by OD 00043 is provided.
It is not possible to report simultaneously with OD 00041 or 00042.
In the case of execution, payment of medicinal products directly consumed shall be added (interbranch output No 09561 may be declared). '
11. In the sentence of the Annex to Chapter 7, the first words "except for the performance of transport in accordance with Chapter 8, are not" replaced by the words "is."

43605 CT INVESTIGATION FOR RADIOTERAPY PLANNING WITH THE EVALUATION OF THE DECENT CYCLE PHASE (4D-CT)
Performance is part of radiotherapy planning. CT data is used in the planning system for 3D planning of radiotherapy. Information on the movement of structures during the breath cycle makes it more accurate to plot target volumes - definition of internal target volume. 4D-CT data are also used for the planning of radiotherapy, applied at a certain stage of the respiratory cycle (e. g. respiratory gating - monitoring the change of the target volume position depending on the patient's respiratory cycle or deep breathing radiation). The indications for 4D-CT for radiotherapy planning are tumours in the chest and abdomen, where the respiratory cycle may affect the planning and application of radiotherapy results. Performance cannot be reported with performances Nos 43601, 43603 and 89617 on one day.
