amending Act No. 266 / 1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

1. In Paragraph 35 (1), at the end of the text in point (e), the comma is replaced by a semicolon and the words "this obligation does not apply to a special track in automatic operation when a railway vehicle is driven by a technical system without the presence of a person driving a railway vehicle, 'are added.
2. In Paragraph 45 (1), at the end of the text, the dot is replaced by a semicolon and the words "this obligation does not apply to a special runway when the railway vehicle is driven by a technical system without the presence of a person driving a railway vehicle."
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
