DECLARATION
of 11 August 2008
amending Decree No 274 / 2005 Coll., on the method of reporting information on the management and scope of health insurance undertakings, as amended by Decree No 183 / 2007 Coll.
The Ministry of Health provides for the Act No. 551 / 1991 Coll., on the General Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 149 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 438 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 117 / 2006 Coll., and under Section 7 (1) of the Act No. 280 / 1992 Coll., on the Department, Business, and Other Health Insurance Companies, as amended by Act No. 149 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 438 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 117 / 2006 Coll.:
Decree No. 274 / 2005 Coll., on how to provide information on the management of health insurance companies and their scope, as amended by Decree No. 183 / 2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Annex No 1, the following rows 22 and 23 are inserted after row 21.6, including note 7:
"22. Passive items (7).
23. Acceler7).
(7) A link to Annex 17 or, where applicable, the accounting procedures used shall be described. ';
2. In Annex No 1, in rows 1.1 and 2.1, the following is inserted after "European Union ':
"8) These are persons for whom, under international social security agreements or Council Regulation 1408 / 71 and Council Regulation 574 / 72 are paid by the insurance State. '
3. In Annex No 1, in the section Notes to the table at the end of footnote 2, the sentence "The number of insured persons does not include persons who have withdrawn from health insurance under Section 8 (4) of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll., as amended by Act No. 176 / 2002 Coll. 'is added.
4. In Annex No 2, in Part A, point II, in row 1, at the end of the sentence, the words "including conjectures' are added.
5. In Annex No 2, in Part A, point II, the following row 1.1 is inserted after row 1:
"1.1. Of which: Argumentative items for insurance under Section 1 (1) (c) of the Fund Order '.
6. In Annex No 2, in Part A, point II, in row 2.1, the words "Section 1 (1) (a) and (b) 'are replaced by the words" Section 1 (1) (a) to (c)'.

The current rows 5 to 8 are renumbered as rows 6 to 9.
24. In Annex 2, in Part A, point III, in row 6 at the end of the sentence, the words "with the exception of payments declared by a flat rate in row 7 'are added.
25. In Annex No 2, in Part A, point III, in row 8, the words "paragraph 4 (f) 'are replaced by the words" paragraph 4 (g)'.

72. In Annex 7, in the section Note to fill in the table, the following note 5 is added:
"(5) The amount of the arbitrary items included in this item shall be indicated in the notes below."
73. in row I of Annex 12, the words "sum of 1 - 10 'are replaced by the words" sum of 1 - 11';

Efficacy
This Decree takes effect on 31 August 2008.
