The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 139 (1) for the implementation of § 21 (3) of Act No. 353 / 2003 Coll., on Consumer Taxes, as amended by Act No. 217 / 2005 Coll.:
Subject matter
This decree sets out the specimen and particulars of the guarantee instrument for the guarantee of excise duty.
Model and particulars of the guarantee instrument
The specimen and the particulars of the guarantee document for the guarantee of excise duty are set out in the Annex to this decree.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
