DECLARATION
of 9 September 2003
on the extension of the obligation to supplement a higher-degree collective agreement
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
Appendix 2, concluded on 6 February 20031) of the collective agreements of higher degree concluded on 19 December 2001 between the Department of Chemistry of the Czech Republic and the Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic (2), is also binding on the employers listed in the Annex from the date of application of this decree until 31 March 2004.
This decree shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
