GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 November 1999
amending Government Regulation 303 / 1995 Coll., on minimum wage, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 111 (3) of Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 3 / 1991 Coll., and pursuant to § 4 (4) of Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and on average earnings, as amended by Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll.:
In Article 2 of Decree No. 303 / 1995 Coll., on minimum wage, as amended by Decree No. 320 / 1997 Coll., Decree No. 317 / 1998 Coll. and Decree No. 131 / 1999 Coll., paragraph 1, including footnote 2), the following text is added:
"(1) The minimum wage shall be:
a) for each hour worked by employee 22.30 CZK,
b) for a month CZK 4,000 for employees rewarded with monthly salary,
(c) 90% of the amounts referred to in points (a) and (b), if they are the first employment relationship or similar employment relationship of a staff member aged 18 to 21, for a period of 6 months from the date of the employment relationship or similar employment relationship;
(d) 80% of the amounts referred to in points (a) and (b), if it is a minor employee, 2)
(e) 75% of the amounts referred to in points (a) and (b), if the staff member is a beneficiary of a partial invalidity pension,
(f) 50% of the amounts referred to in points (a) and (b), if it is a staff member who is a beneficiary of a full invalidity pension or a young staff member who is fully disabled and does not receive a full invalidity pension.
2) § 274 (2) of the Labour Code. '
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000.
