DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 44 / 1992 of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic Coll., on compensation for the performance of the post of associate
The Ministry of Justice provides, pursuant to § 60 paragraphs 2 to 4 of Act No. 335 / 1991 Coll., on Courts and Judges:
Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic No. 44 / 1992 Coll., on compensation for the performance of the post of associate, is amended as follows:
1. In § 1, the amount "50 CZK 'is replaced by" 80 Kč' and the amount "400 KKS 'is replaced by" 680 Kč'.
2. In § 3, the amount "17 CZK 'is replaced by" 28 Kč' and the amount "136 KKS 'is replaced by" 238 Kč'.
3. In § 5, the amount "22 CZK 'is replaced by" 150 CZK'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1996.
