amending and supplementing Decree No. 149 / 1988 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act and Decree No. 235 / 1990 Coll., implementing the statutory measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 206 / 1990 Coll., on the State Compensation Contribution
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 177 (1) (n) of Act No. 100 / 1988 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 110 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 180 / 1990 Coll., and pursuant to § 10 (2) of the Legal Measures of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 206 / 1990 Coll., on State Compensation:
Decree No. 149 / 1988 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act, as amended by Decree No. 123 / 1990 Coll. and Decree No. 260 / 1990 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Article 140 (2), "830 Kčs' is replaced by" 1100 Kčs', "930 Kčs' and" 1150 Kčs', and the following sentence is added at the end of the paragraph: "For diabetic patients, the competent authority of the state health administration is the diabetic certificate of that citizen '.
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 235 / 1990 Coll., implementing the legal measure of the Federal Assembly Bureau No. 206 / 1990 Coll., on the State Compensation Contribution, is amended as follows:
Article 5 shall be added as follows:
"(1) If the employer of a person is a foreign representative office in the territory of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and this employer cannot, for serious reasons, ensure payment of the allowance, the contribution is paid by the competent state authority (1)."
The text of Article 5 is renumbered paragraph 2.
1. The conditions of social need referred to in Article I shall be assessed in accordance with this Decree as from July 1990 for citizens whose health needs diet is required. Repayment of social security benefits shall be allowed where an application for a diet allowance is submitted by 31 December 1990.
2. If, prior to the expiry of this decree, the contribution has not been paid by the foreign representative office (Article II) for serious reasons, the contribution shall be paid by the competent State authority.
This decree shall take effect on 1 August 1990.
