imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following collective agreements of a higher degree have been imposed on him:
1. Appendix 2 to the Collective Higher Level Agreement for the forestry sector - Part B for the period 2015 - 2016, concluded between the Contracting Parties
Czech Association of Employers in Forestry
and
The trade union of workers of the woodworking industry, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic.
2. Appendix 1 to the Collective Higher Level Contract 2013 - 2017, concluded between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of energy and mining
and
Employee association of mining and oil industry - Association of Miners of the Czech Republic.
