DECLARATION
of 9 September 2003
extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
A collective contract of higher degree concluded on 19 December 2001 between the Czech Republic's Department of Chemistry and the Czech Republic's Chemical Industry Association (1), as amended by Appendix 1, concluded on 19 June 20022) and Appendix 2 concluded on 6 February 20033, shall be binding on the employers listed in the Annex from the date of application of this decree until 31 March 2004.
This decree shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
