DECLARATION

of 21 August 2000
extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective contract of a higher degree concluded on 21 December 1995 between the Union of Glass, Ceramic, Jewelry and porcelain workers and the Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the CR1), including Appendices 1 of 8 January 1997,2) No 2 of 6 May 1998,3) No 3 of 10 December 1998,4) No 4 of 8 February 1999,5 of 22 December 19996) and No 6 of 30 December 19997) shall also be binding on the employers listed in the Annex.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
