Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 311 / 2025 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that the Collective Higher Level Contract for the Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry, which was concluded on 16 June 2025 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Trade Union of Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia, and the Employers' Organisation - Association of Textile and Clothing Industry, is binding on other employers with a dominant activity in the sector designated by the classification code of economic activities of the CZ- NACE 13, 14 and 15.
