amending Decree No 328 / 2020 Coll., on customs offices not located in their offices
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 6 paragraph 6 of Act No. 17 / 2012 Coll., on the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic:
In Part X. of the Annex to Decree No 328 / 2020 Coll., on customs offices not located in their offices, the words "Nošovice Territorial Office," are deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
