on the imposition of a collective contract of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, was imposed on him in the period from 27.8.2012 to 31.8.2012 by the following Collective contract of higher degree:
Collective contract of higher degree, concluded on 10 August 2012 for 2012
between Contracting Parties
Association of employers of wood-working industries
and
Trade union of workers of woodworking industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic.
