on the issue of a price decision
According to Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, the Energy Regulatory Authority informs that, pursuant to Article 17 (6) (e) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of Government Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment to Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, it issued Price Decision No. 1 / 2010 of 11 October 2010 on the Prices of Heat Energy.
According to Article 17 (10) (b) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published a price decision in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 14 October 2010, in the amount of 7. The price decision shall take effect on 1 January 2011.
