THE LAW
of 17 July 2008
amending Act No. 321 / 2004 Coll., on Vinohradship and Vinosure and amending certain related laws (Vinohradship and Wine Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 321 / 2004 Coll., on Vineyard and Vineyard and on the amendment of certain related laws (Vineyard and Wine Act), as amended by Act No. 179 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 444 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 215 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Paragraph 32 (1), "9 'is replaced by" 11' and the second sentence is: "The term of office of members of the Council shall be four years'.
2. In Paragraph 32 (2), "7 'is replaced by" 9'.
3. Paragraph 34 (4) reads:
"(4) The members of the Supervisory Board are elected and dismissed by the Chamber of Deputies. Membership of the Supervisory Board shall be incompatible with membership of the Council. The Supervisory Board has seven members. The term of office of members of the Supervisory Board shall be four years. Upon expiry of their term of office, the members of the Supervisory Board shall hold office on the Supervisory Board until their successor is elected. ';
Transitional provisions
1. The term of office of members of the Council appointed under the current legislation shall expire on the 30th day following the date of entry into force of this Act.
2. The term of office of the members The Supervisory Councils elected under the current legislation shall expire four months after the date of entry into force of this Act.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
