THE LAW
of 18 November 1999
amending Act No 531 / 1990 Coll., on Territorial Financial Authorities, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Transitional provisions
1. Financial directorates established under existing legislation shall be considered as financial directorates under this law. Financial offices established under existing legislation, with the exception of the Vejprty Financial Office, shall be deemed to be financial offices under this Act.
2. The Financial Office in Vejprty is hereby repealed.
3. Proceedings initiated by the Tax Office in Vejprtech shall be completed by the Financial Office competent under Section 3 of Act No. 531 / 1990 Coll., as amended by that Act.
Empowerment
The President of the Chamber of Deputies is hereby authorised to declare in the Collection of Laws the full text of Act No. 531 / 1990 Coll., on Territorial Financial Authorities, as is apparent from the laws amending it.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000.
