DECLARATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 18 December 1995
on the extension of the commitment of collective higher-level contracts
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining:
The collective contract of higher degree concluded on 31 January 1995 between the Trade Union of KOVO and the Confederation of Industry and Transport of the Czech Republic representing members of the Association of Manufacturers and Suppliers of Engineering Technology, (1) as amended by Appendix 1 of 15 June 1995.2, is binding on the employers listed in Annex 1, which is part of this decree.
A collective contract of higher degree concluded on 16 December 1993 between the Independent Trade Union of Public Road Transport Workers of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Association of Employers in Transport of the Czech Republic, 3) as amended by Appendix 1 of 31 May 1994,4) of Appendix 2 of 31 May 1994,5) of Appendix 3 of 22 December 1994,6) of Appendix 4 of 15 February 1995.7) of Appendix 5 of 13 June 19958) and Appendix 6 of 24 August 1995.9) is binding on the employers listed in Annex 2 to this Decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
