GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Regulation No. 135 / 2015 Coll., on further obstacles to the civil service for which a civil servant is entitled to pay
The Government mandates pursuant to § 104 (3) of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on the Civil Service:
Government Decree No. 135 / 2015 Coll., on further obstacles to the civil service for which the civil servant is entitled to pay, is amended as follows:
1. In the Annex, point 3 is deleted.
Point 4 is renumbered point 3.
2. In point 3 (b) of the Annex, the word "registered 'is deleted.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2025.
