DECLARATION
of 3 October 2023
amending Decree No. 226 / 2019 Coll., on medical fitness for service in the Security Corps, as amended by Decree No. 181 / 2021 Coll.
The Ministry of Interior, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the Security Information Service, the Office for Foreign Relations and Information, the General Inspection of the Security Corps and the Ministry of Health provide, pursuant to Sections 15 (6) and 79 (6) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended by Act No. 247 / 2017 Coll.:
Decree No. 226 / 2019 Coll., on medical fitness for service in the Security Corps, as amended by Decree No. 181 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 3, "2 'is replaced by" 3' and "last 'is deleted.

Output search
(1) An exit check shall be carried out before termination of service at the request of a member or official.
(2) Medical examinations shall be carried out at the end of the final examination within the scope of the comprehensive physical examination by the medical assessor, which shall, where appropriate, determine the extent of further professional examinations according to the established health status of the national. ';
3. In Annex No 1, Section II, "Police of the Czech Republic ', entry 2.3.11 reads as follows:

Transitional provision
Periodic examinations, the dates for transposition of which have been determined in accordance with Decree No. 226 / 2019 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Order, shall be carried out in accordance with the dates laid down in Decree No. 226 / 2019 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Order.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
