GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 September 2022
establishing the model of service card of a military intelligence officer
The Government orders pursuant to § 26 of Act No. 289 / 2005 Coll., on Military Intelligence:
Model of service cards
(1) The model of the service card of a military intelligence officer (hereinafter referred to as the "service card") is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
(2) The provisions of this Regulation shall apply mutatis mutandis to the service of a soldier in reserve called for military active military intelligence, except for information on the authorisation to carry a weapon.
Transitional provision
The service pass of a military intelligence officer issued under Government Decree No. 374 / 2005 Coll. may be demonstrated for a period of 6 months from the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Repeal
Government Decree No. 374 / 2005 Coll., laying down the model of the service card of a military intelligence officer, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2023.

Annex to Government Decree No 310 / 2022 Coll.
Model of service cards and its description
The service card is a double-sided white plastic card with dimensions 86 mm x 54 mm with rounded corners.
The service card shall bear a holographic symbol in the shape of a grey kidney on the front. Printing of the front of the service card is performed in combination with blue and red. In the upper left, the inscription "MILITARY REPORTING 'appears in blue, and under the word" REPORTING' a transparent Military Intelligence character is placed. A black and white photograph of the holder of the service card is placed on the left of the service card. The registration number of the service card is placed under the photograph. There is a variable picture of the photograph of the holder of the service card and the registration number in the lower right part of the service card. The letters "VZ" printed with a security price colour appear under the variable image.
Printing of the back of the service card is performed in combination with blue and red. The grey bar under the upper edge is intended for the title, name and surname of the holder of the service card. Under this stripe, the words: "THE TRAIN TRAINER IS AUTHORIZED FOR THE CARRYING OF BRANCH 'are indicated in red; These words shall not appear on a soldier's service pass in advance for military active service to Military Intelligence. In the lower part of the service card in the middle there are blue words:" The finder is requested to submit the service card to the nearest service of the Czech Police Department or to the military department. "There is a serial number of a copy of the service card in the lower right corner.
