The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that on 11 November 1997 the Programme of Cultural, Educational and Scientific Cooperation between the Governments of the Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Norway was signed in Prague.
The programme entered into force on the date of signature.
The text of the Programme can be consulted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
