amending and supplementing Decree No 231 / 1988 Coll., on administrative charges, as amended by Decree No 39 / 1990 Coll., amending and supplementing Decree No 231 / 1988 Coll., on administrative charges
The Federal Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Finance and Prices of the Slovak Republic provide in an agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 17 (1) of Act No. 105 / 1951 Coll., on administrative fees:
The decree of the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the prices and wages of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Finance, the prices and wages of the Slovak Socialist Republic No. 231 / 1988 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended by the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Finance, the prices and wages of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Finance, the prices and wages of the Slovak Socialist Republic No. 39 / 1990 Coll., is amended and supplemented as follows:
Article 1 (2) (5) reads as follows:
"(5) Fees which are not the revenue of the national committee's budget shall be paid by stamp marks if the fee does not exceed 1000, - Kčs except for fees paid by the Czechoslovak representative offices and fees paid by foreign exchange foreigners at border crossing points of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic. Chargers who have accounts with a bank or savings bank may pay fees higher than 50, - Kčs may also pay by transfer from that account. '
2. in Article 4 (2), point (c) shall be deleted; Points (d) and (e) shall be renumbered (c) and (d).
The schedule of charges shall include the amendments and additions listed in the Annex, which shall form an integral part of this Decree.
This decree shall take effect on 1 August 1990.

Changes and additions to tariff fees
1. note 2 to Section A is as follows:
"The District National Committee may, on a case-by-case basis, reduce or waive a fee levied under this Section to prevent or mitigate hardness, or, where appropriate, for reasons of general interest. ';
2. the following entry is added to entry 4:
"Note:
Where a marriage takes place before a competent national committee other than the competent national committee, the fee referred to in point (b) of this heading shall be levied by the competent (delegating) national committee which has prepared the documents for the conclusion of the marriage. ';

4. the power to item 8 is:
"Command:
1. The administrative authority shall levy a fee in accordance with point (a) of this item of 50% for the decision to amend the marketing authorisation.
2. The administrative department may raise the fee referred to in point (b) of this item up to five times the rate in the case of more than five trees. ';
5. Item 9, including notes, shall be deleted.
6. In entry 12, point (e) and the exemption under point 1 are deleted.
7. Item 13 reads as follows:
"Item 13

Command:
1. The administrative authority which has issued the permit to operate the playing instruments referred to in point (b) of this heading shall reduce the fee rate by 50% if the authorisation is for a period of less than 6 months.
2. The administrative authority may, where justified in view of local conditions, grant a fee reduction of 25% of that rate under point (b) of this item.
Notes:
1. The fee referred to in (a) of this item shall be paid without reference to an oral or written invitation, if the act of the national committee is carried out.
2. The fee referred to in (c) of this item shall be calculated only after the operation has been carried out, each year for the preceding year, throughout the period of validity of the authorisation issued.
3. The fee referred to in point (b) of this item shall be charged and collected in accordance with the decree in force at the time of the authorisation. ';
8. The word "socialist" is deleted from the exemption for item 16.
9. the following entry is added to entry 18:
"4. The administrative department shall reduce the fee to 400, - Cds, if it is a vehicle individually imported from abroad equipped with a functional controlled three-way catalyst. ';
