extending the commitment of a collective agreement to a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended, indicates that the Collective Higher Level Contract for the Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry, which was concluded on 14 December 2021 between the Senior Trade Union Body - Trade Unions of Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia and the Employers' Organisation - Association of Textile and Clothing Industry, is binding on other employers with a dominant activity in the sector designated by the classification code of economic activities CZ- NACE 13, 14 and 15.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the regional branches of the Czech Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (https: / / www.mpsv.cz /).
