amending Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on waste and amending certain other laws, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 185 / 2001 Coll., on Waste and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 477 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 275 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 356 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 1 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 188 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 317 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 223 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 444 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 34 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 383 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 9 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 157 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 296 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 25 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 34 / 2008 Coll.
1. In Article 1, the words "European Communities' are replaced by the words" European Union '.
2. In Paragraph 3 (8), the words "the environment 'shall be inserted after the words" the Ministry'.
3. in Article 21 (1) (f), the word "operator" shall be inserted after the word "employee."
4. In Paragraph 37a (2), the words "to the extent required by these establishments' shall be replaced by the words" at their request, adequate 'and the words "at the end of the text shall be added'; the trade secrets and industrial ownership of these producers shall not be affected thereby '.
5. in Article 37a (5) (a):
"(a) in order to fulfil the obligations laid down in paragraph 1 (c) and paragraph 3, ensure a network of collection points of selected cars and parts thereof,"
6. In Paragraph 37a (6), the word "must 'is replaced by" to close' and the word "to close 'is deleted.
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
