DECLARATION
of 7 January 2009
on the issue of commemorative silver CZK 200 on the occasion of the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships Liberec 2009
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
(1) On the occasion of the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships Liberec 2009 a commemorative silver two hundred crown (hereinafter referred to as "two hundred crown") is issued. Its depiction is set out in an annex to this decree.
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version intended for collector's purposes with a polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter referred to as the special version).
(3) Two hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 900 parts of silver and 100 parts of copper. The weight of the 2-hundredth crown is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and the force 2,3 mm. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal version is serrated, the edge of two hundred crowns in special version is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.900 * 13 g *." In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns in normal and special design, the tolerance shall be 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In mass, the tolerance shall be up to 0,26 g and in the silver content shall be up to 1%.
(1) On the face of the two hundred crown is the logo of the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships Liberec 2009. The name of the state "CZECH REPUBLIC" and the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation of the money unit "200 CZK" is written on the circumference of two hundred crowns. The brand of the mint that drove the two hundred crown is placed under the logo of the championship.
(2) On the reverse of the two hundred crown is composition of ski jumpers in the right side of the two hundred crown and cross-country skiers in the left side. Under the composition, there is a two-row inscription "FIS WORLD STANDARDS IN CLASTIC GAS." At the upper edge of the two-hundred crown, the year is "2009." At the lower edge of the two-hundred crown are the initials of the author of the two-hundred crown, David Cermák, which are composed of the associated letters "ČD."
This Decree takes effect on 18 February 2009.
