THE LAW
of 16 January 2008
amending Act No. 178 / 2005 Coll., on the abolition of the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic and on the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance in the privatisation of the Czech Republic (Act on the abolition of the National Property Fund), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 178 / 2005 Coll., on the abolition of the National Property Fund of the Czech Republic and on the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance in the privatisation of the Czech Republic (Act on the abolition of the National Property Fund), as amended by Act No. 171 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 228 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 443 / 2006 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Article 5 (3) (c), at the end of point 11, the word "or 'is deleted.
2. In Article 5 (3) (c), the following point 15 is added:
"15. to transfer an amount of CZK 4 000 000 000 to state financial assets to finance the needs related to the implementation of the programme 129 120 - Support for flood prevention II, programme 129 130 - Support for the recovery, mud removal and reconstruction of ponds and the construction of water tanks, as well as for the financing of land-based adaptations aimed at flood measures 3a).
(3a) Paragraph 9 (8) (c) of Act No. 139 / 2002 Coll., on land and land offices and amending Act No. 229 / 1991 Coll., on the modification of property relations with land and other agricultural property, as amended. '
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
