DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Transport
of 19 February 1982
amending and supplementing Decree No. 134 / 1964 Coll., on the Transport Regulations for Water Transport
The Federal Ministry of Transport provides in agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 19 (3) and § 24 of Act No. 26 / 1964 Coll., on Inland Navigation, as amended by Act No. 126 / 1974 Coll., pursuant to § 392 (3) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as published under § 37 / 1971 Coll. and § 508 (1) of Civil Code No. 40 / 1964 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Transport No. 134 / 1964 Coll., on the Transport Regulations of Water Transport, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 23 (9), the following sentence is added:
"In the event that the delay in loading was not due to the carrier, they shall be extended by half in order to carry the consignment in full for ceramic raw materials transported abroad. '.
Article 23 (15) reads as follows:
"(15) The retention shall be carried out for each hour by which the loading or unloading period has been exceeded.

| c) | do 6 hodin předržení plavidel všeho druhu zařazených do přepravy energetického uhlí | 210 Kčs |
| d) | přes 6 hodin předržení plavidel všeho druhu zařazených do přepravy energetického uhlí | 420 Kčs |
| e) | do 48 hodin předržení při přepravě se zahraničím | |
| – vlečného člunu jakékoli nosnosti | 90 Kčs | |
| – tlačného člunu do 400 t nosnosti | 90 Kčs | |
| – tlačného člunu od 400 t nosnosti výše | 180 Kčs | |
| – motorové nákladní lodi | 300 Kčs | |
| f) | přes 48 hodin předržení při přepravě se zahraničím | |
| – vlečného člunu jakékoli nosnosti | 240 Kčs | |
| – tlačného člunu do 400 t nosnosti | 240 Kčs | |
| – tlačného člunu od 400 t nosnosti výše | 480 Kčs | |
| – motorové nákladní lodi | 780 Kčs.“. |
3. In Paragraph 23 (17), the following sentence is added:
"In the case of transport of energy coal, the navigational undertaking may not charge and recover delays up to 50% in the case of emergency cases of a transport operator's technological unloading facility lasting more than one shift, or, in particularly serious cases, it may not charge and recover at all. '
4. In Paragraph 23 (19), the following sentence is inserted after the first sentence:
"If the consignee unloads more ships in one eight-hour shift than provided for in the operator's plan for the transport of energy coal, he shall receive a premium of CZK 210 for each ship landed in excess of that number. ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1982.
