The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic approves, pursuant to Article 58 (4) of the Constitutional Act on the Czechoslovak Federation, the legal measures of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly of 23 February 1978 No 15 Coll., establishing the honorary title "Aeronautical Cosmonaut of the CSSR."
