of 9 April 1974
on the change of territory of the capital of the Czech Socialist Republic of Prague
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
The territory of the capital of the Czech Socialist Republic Prahy1 is joined and the territory of the following municipalities is integrated into the surrounding urban districts:
(a) from Praha- east:
Benice, Běchovice, Březiněves, Lower Počernice, Dubeč, Horní Počernice, Klánovice, Kolodje, Kolovraty, Královice, Siliche, Nejdží, Satalice, Uhraneves, Escape over the Forests, Vinoří;
(b) from Praha- west:
Cholupice, Lipence, Lochkov, Songs, Front Kopanina, Radotín, Řeporoje, Slivenec, Stodůlek, Šeberov, Třebonice, Třebonice, Záhonice, Zlichín.
(1) Members of the national committees, with the exception of local and urban national committees, who have been elected in the constituencies formed wholly or mainly from the territories of the municipalities referred to in § 1, shall perform their duties in the respective district national committee, if they are members of the district national committees Prahaeast and Praha- west, and in the National Committee of the City of Prague, if they are members of the Central Bohemian Regional National Committee.
(2) If, as a result of the provisions of the previous paragraph, the number of Members of the Regional National Committee of the Prahaeast and the Regional National Committee of the Praha- West below the legal limit is reduced, (2) the number of Members is admissible.
Circuits of the District Courts and City Courts in Prague are the same as those of the District National Committees and the National Committee of the City of Prague.
(1) The organisation of the state economic management of agriculture in the capital of the Czech Socialist Republic of Prague is the municipal agricultural administration; establish it as a budgetary organisation by the Minister for Agriculture and Nutrition.
(2) The municipal agricultural administration carries out the tasks of the Regional Agricultural Administration.3)
(3) The Ministry of Agriculture and Food is managed by the municipal agricultural administration.
The decisions of the national committees in the municipalities referred to in Section 1, issued before the entry into force of this Act, shall be reviewed by the national district committees to which the municipalities are incorporated. Decisions of the District National Committee of Praha- East and the District National Committee of Praha- West, issued prior to the entry into force of this Act in matters relating to the municipalities referred to in § 1, shall be reviewed by the National Committee of the City of Prague.
This Law shall take effect on 1 July 1974.
