Order of the Minister of Justice

determining the seat and district of the People's Court in Snin and changing the district of the People's Court in Humenné.
The Minister of Justice hereby orders pursuant to § 14 No 2 of Act No. 66 / 1952 Coll., on the organisation of courts:
In agreement with the principle that the headquarters and the districts of the People's Courts agree with the seats and districts of the District National Committees, a People's Court in Snin is established with the jurisdiction of the District National Committee in Snin, which is excluded from the District Court in Humenné.
This amends the provisions of Paragraph 1 (2) (z) of the Order of the Minister of Justice of 11 May 1954, No 22 Coll., laying down the registered offices and districts of the People's Courts and the registered offices and districts of the Regional Courts.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1955.
