Government Regulation
of 27 July 1945
establishing the end of the period of non-freedom for the field of legislation on the restoration of legal order.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to Article 1 (2), the sentence of the second constitutional decree of the President of the Republic of 3 August 1944, No 11 of the OJ (Annex to Decree No. 30 / 1945 Coll.), to restore legal order:
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption. Member shall end on 4 May 1945.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
