GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 4 December 1996
amending Government Regulation No 270 / 1994 Coll., providing for a transitional period for the performance of the function of founder of state enterprises by the district authorities, as amended by Government Regulation No 316 / 1995 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 19 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 425 / 1990 Coll., on the District Offices, the modification of their responsibilities and on certain other measures related thereto, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 321 / 1992 Coll. and Act No. 254 / 1994 Coll.:
Čl. I
Government Decree No. 270 / 1994 Coll., establishing a transitional period for the performance of the function of founder of state enterprises by the district authorities, as amended by Government Decree No. 316 / 1995 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
In Paragraph 1, "31 December 1996 at the latest 'is replaced by" 31 December 1997 at the latest'.
Čl. II
This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 December 1996.
