Decree of the Ministry of Finance
of 23 December 1948
on the launch of a review activity for monetary institutions.
The Ministry of Finance declares, pursuant to § 54, paragraph 1 of the Act of 20 July 1948, No. 181 Coll., on the organisation of the money industry, that it will start the revision activity under § 53 of the same Act on 1 January 1949.
