THE LAW
of 30 November 1999
on the withdrawal of another salary for the second half of 1999 and for the second half of 2000 to representatives of the State Government and certain State bodies, judges, prosecutors and members of the Securities Commission Presidium
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Representatives of state power and some state bodies, (1) judges, (2) prosecutors (m3) and members of the Securities Commission's presidium (4) additional platal5) for the second half of 1999 and for the second half of 2000 do not belong.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.

1) § 1 (a) to (f) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll., on the salary and other formalities relating to the performance of the duties of representatives of State authority and of certain state bodies and judges.
2) § 1 (g) of Act No. 236 / 1995 Coll.
3) Article 1 of Act No. 201 / 1997 Coll., on the salary and certain other requirements of the prosecutors and amending and supplementing Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration for on-call duty in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended.
