implementing Act No. 181 / 1990 Coll., repealing the College of the National Security Corps
The Government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic hereby orders pursuant to § 2 of Act No. 181 / 1990 Coll., on the abolition of the College of the National Security Corps:
(1) The members of the National Security Corps, the Correctional Education Corps and professional soldiers who were on 30 July 1990 students of full study at the National Security College (hereinafter referred to as "students") are suspended. The suspension shall end on the date of entry into another university, 1) at the latest two years after the date of application of this Regulation.
(2) A student who, within two years of the date of application of this Regulation, will not continue to study shall be considered as leaving the study.
(1) Students who, on 30 June 1990, met the conditions for carrying out the state final examination may do so at the Faculty of Law.
(2) A student intending to perform a state final examination at the Faculty of Law shall notify the Dean of that Faculty in writing by 31 August 1990. On the basis of this notification, the Dean shall determine the conditions and the date of the final examination.
The general regulations on the study of higher education apply to the study and the way it is completed. 2)
The rights and obligations of legal and other relations are transferred from the National Security College to the Institute of the Federal Ministry of Interior for Education and Education.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 July 1990.
